These were amazingly good!!! Yes, the fat content is high, but eat in moderation!! The oatmeal is filling, so it shouldn't be so hard. They were great!!
I think this could be made healthier by lowing the fat content ... use vanilla soy milk , eggbeaters, replace oil with applesauce... I will try to make this one over.
