Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I really like this dish. It will be added to my favorites. The season-to-taste I used was ginger, cinnamon, and onion flakes with salt and pepper. I also added peas with the carrots which also made the dish a little sweet and colorful.
Finally, a recipe that the whole family liked - from my husband to my 3-yr old! I had to raise the heat to 400 after the initial 45 minutes and cook it an additional 15min. Otherwise I followed the original recipe. Everyone used a bit of salt according to their taste. This is so easy and delicious!
