Make Applesauce this way, using apples/all kinds. I fill the crock pot full, stirring now and then, takes about 4 + hours on low. If I keep going it gets darker and more like apple butter. I add 2 large cinnamon sticks, no sugar. The add ins here give more volume and less calorie then for each Tab.
