Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Awesome wafffle recipe. I made them with 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce in place for the oil. It cuts the calorie and fats significantly without getting rid of the moistness that oil provides. I also replaced 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour for whole wheat flour. Mine made 18 single waffles.
These waffles were very good!!! I used purevia instead of sugar and doubled the amount. I also added 2 tsp vanilla bean paste. YUM!! Thanks for sharing.
