Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I have to watch my sodium so I tried this with salt free ketchup for half the sodium. The salt on the saltines and in the parmesan is plenty. I left out the Zucchini because I just don't like Zucchini, but added mushrooms. Sounds odd but it was delicious!
