This is NOT low carb!
Really easy to make but a little bland. I made it with chicken and I feel like the calories are high for not enough taste.
This was delicious! I've never made fried rice thinking it had to be hard and full of fat. I love this recipe and plan on making it often, though I'll try playing with the base recipe for some other veggies, etc.
