I was browsing, looking for low carb dishes for the holidays. This was very tasty, as is. The second time, I used 5 eggs, separated, and beat the egg whites until stiff. Also added a little garlic, green onions, and used ham. 1 tsp baking powder helps fluff them out a bit. Made 12. Very Good!!!
My recipe calls for 5 eggs, 11/2 C cottage cheese low fat, 40z light swiss, 6 T whole wheat flour, S & P then add what ever veggies you want tomato & spinach or broccoli & ham. 189 calories from sonoma diet cookbook
