Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The service size is fairly large, but the seasoning doesn't match up.It's quite bland. If I made it again, I'd cut the potato amount in half, and at least double the salt, pepper, and thyme. The way it is, the garlic and parsley are the only dominant flavors. The garlic is overpowering. Not tasty.
I don't think the nutritional information is correct. 1 1/3 pounds of chicken for four servings delivers a lot more protein than 11 grams - over 30 grams. Makes me wonder about the rest of the information! Sounds good, though, and I have leftover chicken.....
I think I'm going to give this one a try with a couple of changes. Garlic salt instead of plain (and less), red and yellow potatoes (high in potassium), light sour cream (as many have chosen), and a little less oil. Sounds nummy though.
This was excellent! Anything low fat that has potatoes is bound to be a winner! I will be making this again! It didn't have the visual appeal I had hoped (so said my 5 yr old) but, the taste more than made up for it!
Well since this received so many great reviews...I am actually going to cook this for dinner tonight. Thanks it was just enough for the amount of calories I have left for Dinner. Thanks again...OMG THis was the BOMB I just got finished making it and I am LOVIN IT.
This was wonderful!! My husband and 2 year old son both loved it. We will be making this again. The only thing that I changed was using season salt, rather than salt.
Hubby & I both loved this!! No egg, and used fat free sour cream -- had it for dinner with spinach on the side. Will make this again, for sure!
I normally dont eat sour cream, but with this recipe everything tastes great! Lots of flavor and low calories, I think this is one of my absolutel favorites!! :)
I've been looking for a low calorie has recipe! Thank you!
