Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Instead of the salt, red pepper and paprika I used Old Bay Seasoning, instead of real butter I sprayed some spray butter on each fillet, and I used lime instead of lemon. Turned out really delicious, and was so quick! Served with brown rice and corn on the cob, with lime squeezed over everything.
