Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Makes 12 reg size muffins. Use 1/4 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup Splenda. 3 Tbs unsweetened applesauce, 1 Tbs oil to lower fat & carbs
Just baked these. I only but 1/4 cup of sugar, replaced the half cup with splenda and added some ground flax seed in place of the oil. They turned out excellent. I will bake these all the time.
