Quick and easy to make! Made 24 good sized muffins. Baked at 350F for 25 minutes. Yummy and moist, but very sweet - will try with 1 1/2 cups of sugar next time.
this was quick, easy and delicious. My hubby even liked it. I used Splenda instead of sugar. Now I just have to figure out how to adjust the nutrition facts for my tracker. Thanks for the recipe.
The nutrtion information doesn't include the 2 cups of sugar stated in the recipe.
This was wonderful! Moist and delicious - and you'd never suspect it was lowfat. I halved the recipe (enough batter for just one loaf) and it filled 12 muffin cups! And they cook in less time - just 25-28 minutes.
(p.s. please be aware that the sugar isn't included in the nutrition info!)
I made this recipe and it says 16 slices per pan. That is alot and It appears that there is more fat and calories in it than stated with the amt of sugar. I cut the regular banada bread into less than 16 serv and it's more fattening and I use skim milk and not buttermilk in reg one. ?? It's good
