Sounds good and looking forward to making this, but I think the fat count is too high. The Almond Breeze is only 40 calories and 3 grams fat for 8 oz, and I don't see how you can get more than 7g from the rest, so double check, maybe? I plan on using fat-free yogurt, too. Can't wait to try. Thanks!
