Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I peeled and cubed mine. (I also added nutmeg and ground cardamon) I tossed the brown sugar/spice mix w/ the squash before baking + drizzled the melted butter then baked it in a casserole dish for 30-45min @350 degree oven. ( I had a HUGE amount of squash, so baking a sm amt. may be less time)
I used the same ingredients but made it a bit different & it was absolutely delicious!!! I just cut up the squash in cubes, and popped it and the butter in a microwave steam bag, cooked for a few minutes, then added the brown sugar and cinnamon, cooked just a few more minutes, and wow! Quick & easy!
