Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good. I modified the layering a bit but overall really enjoyed the flavor. I did use low fat ricotta and motz. I messed up the layering a bit but it still came out really good. One son gives thumbs up the other would rather have a more traditional sauce, I loved it.
This is very good...but honestly...I cut the lasagna into 16 servings...and you really don't get much for 416 calories...for this reason...and this reason alone, I will not make it again.
I also used low-fat cheeses, my husband loved it! He said it was better then his moms :D
