Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I wasn't able to grill mine, but I pan-fried it for the same length of time on each side. I added garlic salt, pepper and sprinkled parmasean cheese on top after I flipped it. The flavour was really good, but it was a bit too mushy for my likings.
I made eggplant almost like this yesterday. It was SO delicious! Mine was just a bit different. I used baby eggplant and I am SO GLAD I did - I hate the seeds in big eggplant. I added minced garlic & put in a bag w/ eggplant, salt, and pepper with oil. Shook, grilled 3 or 4 min each side - Voila!
