These are just fantastic!!! When I am in a hurry I just use oven fry. I also make them and not put the sauce on them. I whip up a lower calorie Cane's chicken sauce and they are wonderful!
I soaked my chicken in milk, vinegar, and hot sauce before breading them (I didn't use the egg). I froze the leftovers and they re-heat very nicely. I like to mix with salad greens, tomato, lo-fat cheese, and ranch for a buffalo chicken salad...or put those same ingredients in a tortilla wrap. Yum!
