Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was good, but I wanted a stronger chocolate flavor - which is not unusual for me. I also used Swerve. Nice to try the egg white, applesauce to help with lowfat and cholesterol issues. I have been spoiled trying the low carb version of this for hubby and it is probably unfair to even compare!
I used one whole egg instead of two egg whites, I also used whole wheat flour and some baking powder to make it fluffy. It was good but I would need to add a little more Stevia for my taste, or maybe next time I'll try fruit sugar instead.
But it sure did kill my craving for cookies or cake!!
I've gotten this recipe before, but it was different. It had whole eggs, sugar, and whole milk. I'm so glad you changed it, and also because I've wanted to try Stevia instead of sugar.
