I love this soup (thanks for entering it!). Today I made it and added some broccoli and cauliflower that needed using up. I finished it with a half cup of non-fat greek yogurt to make it a little creamier. yummy!
This was a good filler for a low amount of calories, but it wasn't something I would make regularly.
