Nutrition & Calorie Comments

sounds good; I wonder about the sodium from the noodles flavor pack.
I made this today using 1/2 the oil and no almonds (because I didn't have any!) How will that change the nutritional value?
I have been looking for this recipe for years after trying it at a potluck. I settled on a similar recipe for the past couple of years, but stopped making it because it was really high in calories. I LOVE this salad and am so happy I finally found it!
I make this and wondered about calorie content. I use the prepackaged broccoli slaw instead of the cabbage.
My mom used to make this recipe & I had forgotten about it. But I definitely need to do it again! You don't HAVE to bake the noodles, but I bet it'd be even better that way. I've not used vinegar. Just the oil & packet & sugar. I'm not typically a fan of cabbage. but in this recipe it's awesome
