Had to doctor this recipe a little since I can't have Cracked Red Pepper, Garlic or Onions (GERD). I ground about 1/3 cup of dried porcini mushrooms and a tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce. My husband gave it two thumbs up when he made the leftover as a sandwich the next day. Thanks!
