It sounds delicious, but it has a lot of added oil/fat from the butter and olive oil (for people limiting calories and fat). Maybe the butter could be left out and the olive oil could be divided for both purposes?
Sounds really good but high in calories! Im sure it will still taste good w/o the butter. That will reduce some of the calories.
