Nutrition & Calorie Comments

In response to reduced carbs question< skip the bread crumbs & egg & use Dijon mustard &Parmesan on the chicken, per (Ellie Krieger book Weeknight Wonders recipe) Need to allow the chicken to form a crust before flipping. This recipe is great too as like the zucchini and ricotta or cottage cheese
I absolutely love this recipe and make it all the time, but now I'm on a lo carb diet and am only allowed up to 30g a day. Anyone have any suggestions how to bring the number down a little? Maybe pork rinds instead of breadcrumbs?
No way would I ever get near this will that kind of salt in take. I'd be blind before I finished.
