I tried this recipe but subbed Bisquick Heart Smart Mix and Fat free egg substitute-it was very good. Will be making again tonight!
The BEST Zucchini recipe!!!! I made 24 small ones instead of 12 bigger ones. Topped with a little red hot to add a kick to it! I did not have bisquick, so instead, I used 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 and 1/2 t. baking powder and 1 t. salt instead...worked perfectly!!!!!
Loved them!!!! I love zucchini and grow it so I was so happy to find this. I serve it with a small dolop of low-fat sour cream. Yummy! Thanks so much for sharing this with us!
I loved the patties! I had to homemake the Bisquick and instead of shortening I used low fat maragine. Maybe next time I'll add a little onion and spice to them. Yummy!
hI i HAVE A QUESTION... HOW MANY ARE EQUAL TO THE 57.5 CALORIES... IS IT JUST ONE OR ALL 12??? i AM CONFUSED....
Tried it and it was wonderful. Something different without a ton of calories. Kids even said they would eat zucchini this way. I think it would be great with corn also.
