The recipe is very versatile and you can substitute soy milk for regular or even buttermilk and honey for water and sugar substitute or substitute the whole eggs for eggbeaters! It makes a wonderful, filling, and guilt free breakfast. Most pancakes and waffles have about 400 calories each, these only have 110!
