Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Quite tasty and easy. I did skip the jalapenos. I don't think the calories are right. Baked chicken breast is 157 and 1/2 cup salsa 36 according to SP nutrition.
What a simple way to make delicious chicken! My fiance sounded skeptical when I told him the ingredients before placing in the oven (50 minutes at 400 degrees). After he took a bite, he was definitely surprised at how good it tasted. I only used the salsa & a bit of salt and pepper. YUM!
Very good for fajita meat. We just used salsa, put it in a Pyrex dish with glass lid (no oil) and baked at 350 for 45 minutes. We sliced and served ours with sauteed onions, zucchini, mushrooms & non-fat yogurt in whole wheat tortillas. A hit with the whole family. Thanks!
The calorie count on this has to be wrong. One chicken breast, according to Spark's Nutrition Tracker information is 86 calories, not 286 calories. This makes it much healthier and it's really, really good, too!
I had a hard time believing it had 348 calories in it. I used your recipe calculator and it only came to 179 calories. I don't really "count" calories but servings instead but this is a huge difference.
I am making this for dinner tonight. Wondering why the protein is so high? My husband and I are splitting a breast.
56.9 protein? from what?
Simple and easy does it. Sprinkled with salt-free Mural of Flavour and Arizona Dreaming seasonings. Added frozen bell peppers, zucchini and yellow squash, black beans, and fat-free cheddar. Omitted jalapenos. Delish!
