Generally, I am of the opinion that cinnamon rolls should be made to replicate a true Cinnabon, although this recipe will save me alot of time. I must say though, the nutritional information is way out:

I wouldn't be so hard on your recipe - as far as cinnamon buns go that's a pretty low # of calories - esp. with the glaze on top! I didn't make this; I have my own and it has much more butter and sugar in it, lol ... even though it's still a treat, yours is fairly low cal! ;o)
