Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this substituting splenda for the sugar, and flax seeds for the ground flax seed, 1 c of skim milk w/1 T lemon juice for the buttermilk. 15 minutes in my oven was too long. I will make these again, but will add cinnamon and maybe a bit of nutmeg. They are very good. (103 cal) made only 12 .
