This was actually pretty good--I had marinated my chicken in a zesty garlic herb marinade, so I nixed the extra salt and pepper and used an all-purpose salt free seasoning with thyme in it. The sauce is REALLY good. Hooked up some leek fried rice to go with it. Have to do this again.
