Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Great recipe! I recalculated using 3 Tbsp Sucanat for the brown sugar, used two egg whites for one egg, less walnuts, and added dates. It would be great with other dried fruit too! I think I'll see if next time I can reduce the oil a bit by using some Flaxseed and Applesauce. YUM.
