Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very good. Next time I'll put only 4 T of sugar-- a hair to sweet for me. The lettuce from my garden was too floppy for rolling so I pretty much made a salad and added 1/2 c brown rice and some hot chili paste. Very good.
Excellent and unusual way to handle turkey leftovers. I used Boston lettuce rather than iceburg and because of the low calories, I had two for dinner with a small serving of brown rice on the side --- thank you!
