Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was great. I added a bit of oregano as was serving with Italian sausage and some asiago cheese. It was great . Will make it again. It did take a bit more liquid that called for, and I added a bit of salt and pepper.
This is the first time I've ever submitted a recipe rating, but I can't believe how good this is -- it's the best mashed cauliflower recipe I've ever tried. It's hard to believe that anything that tastes this sinful is so low in calories.
