I added some spices and steam vegetables to serve with it and made a low calorie dinner that everyone liked.
I"m just curious. I have the Sparkpeople cookbook, and it says the calories per serving are 209.9 and here it says 222.5 per serving. I didn't have any honey so I skipped that part and didn't have Thyme so I used onion powder instead. Tasted great!
This sounds delicious! I love orange chicken, but it's SO loaded with calories! This recipe looks like it should take care of that craving, and adding a clove or two of garlic and some fresh ginger would add minimal calories. Thanks!
