Introduction

Roasted Cauliflower with Herbs and Parmesan Cheese. You can also leave out the Mrs Dash and use a Parmesan Cheese Blend that has Herbs in it. Kraft makes a few. Ingredients

    1 medium Cauliflower head
    1 tsp Mrs Dash
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    Pam Olive Oil Spray

Directions

Spray roasting pan with pam. Cut cauliflower into pieces place on pan. Spray with Pam and sprinkle with Mrs Dash and Parmesan. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. stir and back an additional 15 or when cauliflower is tender.

Serving Size: makes 4, 1 1/2 cup servings depending on cauliflower size
