Ingredients

    1/2 box Barilla Whole Grain Rotini Pasta
    1/2 cup Ken's Steakhouse Lite Northern Italian Dressing
    1 cup shredded carrots
    2 cups broccoli
    2 cups cauliflower
    6 oz. Kalamata Olives
    4 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on box, adding the broccoli and cauliflower during the last 30-45 seconds of cooking time. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In large bowl combine pasta, broccoli, cauliflower, and rest of ingredients. Mix well and enjoy!

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
