Introduction

I tried to make it similar to Bob Evans chicken salad. I tried to make it similar to Bob Evans chicken salad.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 c. Chicken roasted light meat (cut in cubes)
    2 c. Celery (diced in small pieces)
    30 Red seedless Grapes (sliced in half)
    20 Pecan halves (sliced into strips)
    1/2 c. Kraft Mayonaisse w Olive Oil
    1/2 c. Sour Cream Fat Free

    Cut up precooked Chicken, Celery, Grapes and (Pecans reserve to sprinkle on top).
    Mix together mayonaisse and sour cream, mix into the meat, fruit,and vegetables. If it is not moist enough you can add more sour cream. Sprinkle pecan pieces on top, cover and chill 2 hours. Add or changing ingredients will change the calories and nutrients.

Directions

Makes approximately 8 cup: 1- cup servings = 200 calories
