Ingredients

    2 cups cooked , cooled bulgar
    2-3 large Red Sweet Peppers, chopped
    1 head of Celery, chopped
    1 large bunch celantro, chopped
    one small can chopped black olives
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/ 4 cup balsalmic vinegar

Directions

chop all vegies, add to cooled cooked bulgar, mix and add
oil & vinagar, toss well.
