Ingredients

    1 C Miracle Whip light
    1/4 C fresh parsley
    2 TBS fresh basil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 8 oz package cheddar or colby cheese
    2 C broccoli flowerets, cooked
    1 C (4 oz) Wacky Mac
    2 medium tomatoes
    1/2 C walnuts (optional)

Directions

Combine salad dressing, fresh parsley & basil and garlic. Add cooked broccoli, pasta and cheese and mix lightly. I cook the broccoli with the pasta during the last three minutes. Chill. Arrange tomatoes on platter, top with salad. Sprinkle with walnuts.
