Ingredients

    2 cups fresh basil leaves, washed & patted dry
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4.5 oz artichokes (use canned in water or frozen)
    2 cloves garlic
    salt, to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and process with S-blade until everything is nicely processed. Makes an excellent spread inside sandwiches or on crackers. Serves 2.
