Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 lg carrots- chopped
    1 lg onion- chopped
    3 cloves garlic- finely chopped
    4 links Aidells spinach & feta sausage- chopped
    3 cups lentils = about 1 16 oz bag
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp rosemary
    2 cups chicken broth
    3 cups water
    4 cups swiss chard-chopped

Directions

put all ingredients into a slow cooker and put on high for 2 hrs. Makes 8 1.5-cup servings. You may have to let the chard wilt a little before you add more. I put in 2 cups let cook for 30 min then put in 2 more cups.
