Ingredients

    Crab Mates Imitation Crab meat, 8 oz
    sour cream, 2 tbsp
    light mayonnaise, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)

Directions

Chop up crab meat, onions, and celery, either in food processor or by hand. Add the sour cream and light mayonnaise.
Spread on crackers, bread, or even on a flour tortilla and warm up in microwave if desired; with a slice of swiss cheese.
Makes six 1/4 cup servings.
