Ingredients

    12 cups of cooked (al dente) elbow macaroni
    1 stick of light butter
    1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 cup of shredded 2% cheddar/colby cheese
    1 cup of shredded Kraft Classic Melts 4 Cheese
    1 1/4 cups of fat free half & half
    1 egg, beaten

Directions

Stir butter into macaroni until melted. Add in can of cheese soup and all shredded cheese except 1/4 cup of classic melt. Stir to combine, then add half & half and egg. Stir again until mixed well. Place in crockpot on low for 6 - 8 hours. During last 10 minutes of cooking, add in final 1/4 cup of classic melt cheese.
