    Prepare Day Before Serving!
    1/2 Cup Bur'ghul Wheat
    2 Tsp Salt
    1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 Tsp Mixed Spices
    5 Cups Parsley Finely Chopped
    2 Tsp Mint, Dried or 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
    3 Large Ripe Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
    1/2 Cucumber, Finely Chopped (optional)
    1/4 Cup Lemon Juice -to your taste
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil- to your taste


Wash and drain bur'ghul wheat and make sure to squeeze out excessive water with cupped hands.
Finely chop all vegetables, add seasonings and wheat. Season with lemon and oil to taste.

Mixed Spices:
Equal Portions of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger
Cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
