A delicious soup with lots of veggies! A delicious soup with lots of veggies!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1.5 cans of Chicken Broth
    1 cup water
    1 carrot
    2 stalks of celery
    1/4 cup onion
    2 small red potatoes
    1/2 cup of corn (frozen)
    1 cup of green beans (frozen)
    1/2 of a zucchini
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 dash of salt

Directions

Put the chicken broth and water in a medium sauce pan. Put on stove on medium heat. Chop carrot, celery, onion, potato, zucchini, and garlic. Add all ingredients with the zucchini last. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
