Ingredients

    Chick Peas (canned), 2.2 cup, drained, reserve liquid
    Eggplant, boiled/steamed without salt/drained, 300 gram
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 2 serving
    Cauliflower, cooked, 300 grams

Directions

Throw everything in a food processor and give 'er for a good five minutes. Add chickpea liquid as needed if it's too thick.
