Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. LINE MUFFIN TRAY WITH LINERS. MIX SWEETENER, FLOUR, AND BAKING POWDER. ADD IN BLUEBERRIES. MIX GENTLY. IN SMALL BOWL, BEAT EGG, ADD IN MILK AND APPLESAUCE, MIX TOGETHER. ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS. BAKE FOR 18-22 MINUTES. MAKES 12 MUFFINS
