Ingredients

    4 Med. potatos
    2% Milk
    1 Package of Spinach (chopped, 10oz.)
    1 Cup of Lite Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 tbsp Reduced Fat Bacon Bits

Directions

Boil potatos
Mash and season as desired
Cook spinach as directed
In a medium baking dish mix mashed potatos, spinach, shredded cheese and bacon bits together.Place in a pre-heated oven 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 4- 1/2 cup servings.
