Ingredients

    *Perdue Fit & Easy Thin Sliced Boneless Breasts, 4 serving (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)
    *Goya Black Beans, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Beans, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Bell Pepper, Green 1 medium, 1 serving (remove)
    *1 medium vidalia onion, 1 serving (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)
    *Ground Red Pepper, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin (ground), 4 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Dice onion and pepper. Empty tomatoes into crockpot, including liquid. Place chicken on top. Combine all other ingridients in crockpot. Cook on high 5 hours or low 6.5-8. Chicken should shred. Serve over brown rice.

Please note: for a more soup like "chili", you may substitute crushed tomatoes for the diced. Also, retain a small bit of the liquid from the beans to be used in cooking.
