Ingredients

jalapeno - 2 peppers
tomato paste - 1, 6oz can
Hunt's 100% Natural Stewed Tomatoes, 1 14.5oz can
Great Value Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1 10oz can
Zucchini, 1 cup, chopped
Baby Carrots, raw, 100 grams, chopped
Sweet potato, medium, chopped
Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
Fresh Spinach, 6 cups
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
Tone's Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning, 6 tsp
Tomato Sauce, 1, 14.5oz can
Worchestershire Sauce - 4 TBS
Salt, pepper and additional seasonings to taste
Directions
1.) cook sweet potato until done(steam or boil) add all vegetables (excluding tomatoes and spinach) to food processor and pulse until pureed
2.) Add Tone's seasoning and pulse until combined
3.) In a large skillet cook processed vegetables over meduim high in a small amount of water until tender. While these cook puree spinach.
4.) Stir in tomatoes, worchestershire, tomato paste, and tomato sauce,
5.) Cook for 5 minutes
6.) Reduce heat to medium add pureed and continue cooking 5 more minutes or until sauce is desired consitancy
6.) add additional seasonings until desired taste is reached.
7.) Serve over pasta
8.) Sprinkle with parmesean cheese if desired.
