Ingredients

    2 c. Apples (peeled and shredded, dry off w/paper
    towel)
    1 1/2 c All purpose flour
    1 c Quick oats
    2/3 c Brown Sugar (packed)
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 c Skim Milk
    2 TBSP Canola Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 c Yogurt (fat-free, plain)
    2 Egg Whites


Directions

Bake at 350 for approx. 15 min...times may vary due to oven temp....
mix together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl
mix together the wet ingredients in a separate bowl then add this to the dry ingredients with the apples added last
