Introduction

Ingredients

    Broccoli, 4 crowns
    tofu, 1 package
    onion, 1 med, chopped
    water chestnuts, 1 can, about 1 cup
    sesame oil, 1 T.
    soy sauce, 2 T.
    black bean paste, 2 T.
    ginger powder, 2 tsp
    garlic, 4 cloves, chopped

Directions

Heat sesame oil and soy sauce in large stir fry pan over med heat, add tofu, water chestnuts and onion. Cook until onions are translucent and tofu is heated through. Transfer to a bowl. Add small amount of water to bottom of pan, and toss in broccoli and black bean sauce. Stir, cover and steam until broccoli is to desired tenderness. Add in tofu mixture and combine. Heat through and serve (suggestion: over rice).
